Thank you for choosing our spa for your relaxation and rejuvenation needs. To ensure a pleasant and safe
experience for all our guests, we have established the following policies. We kindly ask that you review and
adhere to them during your visit
APPOINTMENTS: We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-in clients
are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled
appointment to allow time for check in and relaxation.
CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. For group
bookings or specialized treatments, a longer notice period may apply, and our staff will provide specific details at the time of booking.
LATE ARRIVALS: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment time, as a courtesy to our other guests who have
scheduled appointments after yours. The full treatment price will still apply.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Our spa welcomes guests of 18 years and older. Guests under the age of 18 may receive treatments with
written parental or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian must be present during the treatment.
HEALTH CONDITIONS: For your safety, please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your spa experience or the choice of treatments. This information will help us tailor the services to your specific
needs and ensure your well-being during the visit.
PREGNANCY
If you are pregnant or suspect you may be, please notify us at the time of booking. Our therapists are trained to provide specialized prenatal treatments, and certain treatments may need to be modified or avoided
during pregnancy for your safety and comfort.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We recommend leaving valuable items at home. The spa cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage
of personal belongings brought onto the premises.
MOBILE DEVICES: To maintain a tranquil and peaceful environment, we kindly request that you turn off or silence your mobile devices and refrain from using them during your time at the spa. This will contribute to a relaxing experience
for all guests.
CONDUCT: We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests. Please speak softly and refrain from disruptive behavior that may disturb others. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest engaging in
inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.
GRATUITY: If you are pleased with the service provided by our staff, gratuities are appreciated. You may choose to leave
a gratuity at the reception desk or directly with your therapist. The amount is at your discretion.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates for our spa services are available for purchase. They are non-refundable and must be
presented at the time of redemption. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
PAYMENTS: We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, and all major credit cards. We charge a $20 minimum fee for a
returned check. We aporeciate your cooperation in adhering to these soa policies. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to ask our staff. We hope you have a wonderful and rejuvenating
experience at our spa.
