What is Sports Massage?

Sports massage offers targeted benefits for athletes and active individuals, including 

accelerated muscle recovery, reduced delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and increased flexibility. By using deep, targeted techniques, it improves circulation, breaks down scar tissue, increases range of motion, and aids in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
